I chose this hotel to be close to the Rockefeller Center, and I was pleasantly surprised by the sports bar serving snacks and burgers. The free breakfast was a great addition, including delicious heat-and-eat egg sandwiches.
Poor customer service and questionable room security. Double-charged for valet and services not received.

fairfield inn provided a great experience. the staff were pleasant and professional, and the breakfast selections were descent. the room was very clean, with soft towels. the location, right across from the bus terminal and subway access, made getting around the city easy. the proximity to Times Square and great restaurants was a bonus, and we hope to return soon.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes 😊.

The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, clean and comfy rooms, fantastic WiFi, and a rooftop bar.
Felt safe walking at night, no complaints at all.

During my stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive staff at the front desk. They fulfilled my request for a larger room with two queen beds, which was perfect for my family. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was within walking distance of Times Square, the Pier, subway, bus stops, and other main attractions. I also enjoyed the tasty and abundant breakfast buffet, with the friendly breakfast staff always making us feel welcome.
While the hotel's location next to Times Square was convenient, the street it was on was surrounded by the main bus station and some sex shops. This made for a somewhat unpleasant atmosphere, although not particularly unsafe.

the Fairfield inn was clean and the location was great - just a short walk to two subway stations. Loved being in the heart of the theatre district and close to Times Square. The staff were super friendly and even upgraded us to the penthouse for our birthdays.

Our room on a high floor with a Kingsize bed was impressive and quiet. The hotel's black car service to the airport was convenient and cost-effective. The location is very central for exploring midtown. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.
